By selecting "Permission to Enter," you (the Tenant/Occupant) authorize WillowPA Maintenance, its employees, contractors, and agents ("Company") to enter the premises at your address in your absence for the purpose of performing the requested maintenance, repairs, or related services.
You acknowledge and agree:
Voluntary Authorization — You grant permission voluntarily and understand entry may occur without your presence within the scheduled service window.
Release of Liability — You release the Company from claims arising from entry in your absence, including alleged missing items or incidental property damage.
Valuables & Personal Property — You are responsible for securing valuables, cash, and jewelry prior to granting access. The Company is not responsible for loss of unsecured personal property.
Scope of Work — Work is limited to the issue described in the request unless additional urgent issues are discovered.
Reasonable Care — The Company will perform all work professionally and exercise reasonable care on the premises.
No Guarantee — No guarantee is made regarding complete resolution during the visit.
